MSC, the world’s largest ocean shipping company which serving with a fleet of 830 vessel across 520 ports, will collaborate with NYSHEX to develop and improve ocean contracts, commercial staff management, and automatic alarms on upcoming milestones and booking/route patterns.
Through this collaboration, NYSHEX will enhance commercial awareness and visibility in real-time vessel schedules for MSC, promoting efficiency and proactivity.
Alongside this digital transformation, MSC emphasizes the importance of providing a “personal touch” through its agents, aiming to make customers feel valued and prioritizing customer satisfaction in both sales and after-sales services.

The partnership aims to enhance decision-making processes across its operations. At MTS, we are taking necessary steps in the increasingly digitalized industry through our state-of-the-art software.
To provide faster and more efficient service to our customers, we have developed a “Purchase Order Management” system.
Through this system, our customers can track all their shipments from a single platform and also pay their invoices conveniently within the same platform. With MTS, you can manage your shipments seamlessly by simply using your mobile phone to track your cargo every step of the way.
With the current Purchase Order Management system, an American buyer can already track the location of their cargo and whether it has been loaded. With the upcoming update, they will be able to track whether their cargo has been loaded onto a truck at the loading depot and whether it has begun moving to the port.
These advancements underscore how rapidly information flow is evolving within the industry. Companies that prioritize customer satisfaction and leverage such technological developments will distinguish themselves and become more preferred by customers.
